1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99ox ("99ox", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online betting and gaming services available at https://99ox.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

99ox is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). These Terms apply to all products offered on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, crash games, and any other wagering products made available from time to time.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 99ox Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the binding contract between you and 99ox.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 99ox Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both deposited funds and bonus balances where applicable.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 99ox that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer or content supplier whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the 99ox website at https://99ox.io and all associated interfaces and services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet volume that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

3 Eligibility

Use of the 99ox Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 99ox enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all deposited funds returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using the Platform.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 99ox or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee or agent in operating an Account.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 99ox services, you must create a registered Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

• Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under your own name or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will be used for SMS OTP authentication and identity verification purposes.
• You must provide a valid email address that you actively monitor. Important account notices, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations, will be sent to this address.
• 99ox reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and is not obliged to provide reasons for doing so.
• By registering an Account, you confirm that you are not acting under the instruction of any third party and that the funds used to wager are your own legitimate funds.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and SMS OTP codes. 99ox will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or phone.

• You must not share your Account login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 99ox immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• 99ox provides two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. You are strongly advised to keep this feature enabled at all times.
• Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be liable for all bets and transactions placed during that session.
• 99ox employs 256-bit SSL encryption, real-time fraud detection, and automatic account lockout after repeated failed login attempts to protect your Account. However, these measures do not transfer responsibility for credential security away from you.

6 Deposits

99ox accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time, subject to the payment provider's own processing time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• 99ox does not charge any fees on BDT deposits. Any fees applied by your mobile banking provider are the responsibility of the Player.
• All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be returned.
• 99ox reserves the right to impose enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds before crediting the balance.
• Deposits made by credit card are subject to the card issuer's own terms, which may classify online gambling transactions differently. 99ox accepts no liability for any fees or restrictions imposed by your card issuer.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances may be requested at any time by verified Account holders. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your Bangladesh mobile number.
• Verified withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within one to four hours. Card withdrawals may take up to three to five business days depending on the issuing bank.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are communicated within your Account dashboard.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• 99ox reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending additional identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected rule violations.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 99ox offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which is stated in full in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements for welcome bonuses are between 15x and 30x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who meet the stated eligibility criteria, including residency, deposit method, and minimum deposit amount requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering requirement exposure, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• 99ox reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn or modified, Players who have already claimed the bonus will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Only winnings derived from free bets, after meeting any applicable wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 99ox are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules for individual sports — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are published within the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip has been accepted and a confirmation reference issued, the odds are locked and cannot be altered.
• In the event that a bet is accepted in error due to a manifest technical error or clearly incorrect odds (e.g., odds significantly deviating from true market price), 99ox reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's balance.
• Bets on events that have already commenced ("in-play" bets) are accepted in real time. Latency in data feeds may affect in-play odds. 99ox accepts no liability for market movements caused by data feed delays.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed within the bet slip interface at the time of placement.
• Payout limits apply. The maximum payout for a single bet or accumulator is capped at the amount stated in the individual market rules or as communicated in your Account dashboard. Where a win exceeds the payout cap, the capped amount will be paid and the remainder forfeited.
• Bets involving match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in sport are void and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

10 Casino & Slots

The 99ox Casino and Slots sections feature products supplied by third-party Game Providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. By playing these games, you agree to the additional game rules published by each Game Provider, which are available within the game interface.

• All casino games and slot machines use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) values for each game are determined by the Game Provider and are independently audited.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the physical game being streamed, as administered by the live dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the Game Provider's standard disconnection policy.
• 99ox does not modify the RTP or game mechanics of any third-party game. Any disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be raised with 99ox support, who will liaise with the relevant Game Provider on the Player's behalf.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ox Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether directly or through a proxy or agent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any activity that constitutes a financial crime under any applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be void.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places bets without direct human input.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or poker environments.
• Abusing bonuses, promotional offers, or referral systems in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Any conduct that 99ox reasonably determines to constitute cheating, fraud, or abuse, regardless of whether such conduct is specifically enumerated above.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

99ox reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Engagement in or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11.
• Instruction from a law enforcement agency, regulatory authority, or financial institution.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. Dormant account fees may apply after this period.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming tools or support team.

Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., inactivity or regulatory instruction), real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

13 Responsible Gaming

99ox is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for harm. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible free of charge from the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts displayed at regular intervals showing time spent and net wagering position during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block re-registration for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the exclusion period and take effect within 24 hours of the request being submitted.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the 99ox Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 99ox or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Game content provided by third-party Game Providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) is the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to 99ox for display on the Platform. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute such content.
• The 99ox name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of 99ox. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99ox, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, whether on sports markets, casino games, or slot machines.
• Technical interruptions, platform downtime, or data transmission failures that result in bets being lost or games being interrupted.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Any actions taken by 99ox in good faith pursuant to regulatory obligations, including account suspension and fund withholding during an investigation.

In all circumstances, 99ox's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16 Privacy & Data

99ox processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at https://99ox.io/privacy-policy and forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• 99ox does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, Game Providers, and regulatory bodies where required for the performance of the services or by applicable law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

17 Amendments to These Terms

99ox reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 99ox will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. The current version of these Terms is always available at https://99ox.io/terms-conditions and is identified by the version number and effective date shown at the top of this document.

18 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99ox holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact the 99ox support team in the first instance at [email protected]. 99ox will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, Players may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the Platform's licence documentation.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. These Terms do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
